The Public domain is designed for anyone who has a keen interest in
the pigeon race, but do not classify as an entrant. In this domain,
anyone can get general information about the race, rules, entry forms,
race results and basketing lists.
The Entrants Domain
Every entrant has received login information to log onto the website.
In the entrants section the Entrant will be able to perform actions,
such as updating his general information, as well as add pedigree
information for each one of his entered pigeons and do name changes to
the pigeon up to a certain date in the race.
The Entrants Domain has been designed so that entrants can get
information about their entry, such as pigeon inormation, account
information and banking information. Please see the related articles
for more information.
The Entrant can also get
immediate filtered access to his/her results.
Logon
To log into the Entrants Domain, do the following:
1. Enter your account number for your username.
The Account number is in the format xxxxxx, for example uk0329.
2. Enter your password.
As an Entrant, you would have received an email or SMS message from the
Organisers to inform you of your entry. This mesage also contains your
randomly generated strong password.
The Account number is in the format
"xxxx.nnn", for example "pete.347" Make sure that you use the point!
3. Submit the information.
If you have any trouble logging into the system, please do not
hesitate to contact the Organisers for help.
User
Account
Once you've logged in, you will notice a new menu.
This is the USER ACCOUNT menu. This menu contains all the actions that
you can perform, while logged into the system.
This is the heart of the system and will show you an overview of
everything you need to know about your entry. The options are as
follows:
This will take you to the detailed information in your account. Use it
to review your pigeons, your financial account and your banking
information.
It
also provides you with quick links to various sections.
Viewing my account
Here you will find all the detailed information about your account.
This section appears in four distinct areas and are as follow:
Entrant Information
The 1st part contains all your personal information. This information
will be used to contact you. Please make sure that all the relevant
information is up to date.
Syndicates, Teams and Pigeons
The 2nd part contains all the information about your pigeons. It is
organised into Syndicates, then teams and then lastly the Pigeons
flying for that team.
Payment Information
The 3rd part displays all the financial activity on your account.
Bank Account Information
This shows which accounts we have on record for you. All your prize
money, should you win any, will be paid into this account. Please note
that we can only deposit money into the listed accounts, and will not,
under any circumstance be able to deduct money from your account, nor
be able to access your account.

Bank Account Information
This indicates the accounts we have on record for your entry. All
prize money will be paid into these accounts.
Please note that we can only deposit money INTO an account. In no way
can we take money from the account.
Entrant Information
The entrant information shows all the general information about your
entry. Please verify your contact information and make sure its up to
date.
You will also find who your coordinator is here.
If we need to inform you of anything spesifically, we will do it under
Notes. Any items that require action will appear on the right of
the Notes.
Payment Information
The Payment Information section displays all financial transactions
that has taken place on your account. A payment code will be displayed
on the left of each line, followed by the date. Next will be a brief
description of what the payment was for, followed by the amount.
Any payments made from credits, ie. Prize money or Auction proceeds
will be displayed to indicate the payments from money already
in the account.
Entries
This part will show information about your Pigeons. Under each of the Teams the pigeons are listed.
The names have
been taken from your entry form. Pigeons that have not been named by
the entrant has been assigned a random name from our Pigeon database.
Entrants have an opportunity to change the assigned names right up
until the Basketing List for the first Hot Spot.
To the right of the pigeon name is the pigeon's "CLICK INFO" buttom.
You can click in order to display pigeon photo and race result
information. Then you can change the pigeon name here.
The
status code will always contain either "Act" or "Res". A
"Act" indicates that
the pigeon has been entered and a "Res" indicates that the
pigeon is reserved. Other symbols represents other statusses.
